• Integrated Lower Terrace: The main level features a stark white, minimalist outdoor kitchen/grill station paired with a large dining area, providing direct access to the interior and functioning as the primary entertaining hub.
• Layered Garden Zones: The steep hillside is managed through curving, stacked retaining walls and terraces, creating deep pockets for dense, textural planting that softens the architectural edges and provides visual drama.
