• Integrated Outdoor Pavilion: A central gathering space featuring a black metal and wood pergola that provides shade and defines the main lounge area. The ceiling is finished with rich, warm wood tones, complemented by recessed lighting.
• Built-In Outdoor Kitchen & Bar: A sleek outdoor kitchen area with a grill station and a contemporary concrete bar counter, perfect for seamless outdoor entertaining and dining.
• Private Spa Nook: A dedicated area for a hot tub, seamlessly enclosed with custom wood paneling and strategically placed tropical/subtropical planting (like the Bird of Paradise) to enhance privacy and create a lush, secluded feeling.
• Horizontal Privacy Fencing: New slatted wood fencing with black supports provides a sophisticated, modern backdrop, significantly increasing privacy while enhancing the long, linear look of the design.
