• Integrated Pool and Fire Pit: A sleek, geometric pool features a shallow sun shelf and is anchored by a contemporary fire pit lounge located right on the main patio deck, perfect for late-night gatherings.
• Covered Outdoor Living: The grand, gabled covered patio extends the home's interior, providing a shaded, luxurious outdoor living room with high ceilings, comfortable seating, and stylish lighting.
• Wellness Zone: A dedicated area features a private, modern barrel sauna surrounded by structured greenery and cypress trees, establishing a secluded space for relaxation and detox.
