Every element, from the pool shape to the pergola, is designed for sleek aesthetics and effortless modern living.

• Geometric Pool & Deck: The clean, rectangular pool is surrounded by expansive white, oversized paving, providing a spacious, sunlit deck area for lounging and entertaining.
• Sleek Outdoor Dining: A designated area features a striking black pergola that adds essential shade and dramatic contrast. Lush bougainvillea vines are trained to provide natural color and a soft overhead canopy.
