Features of the Modern Poolside Retreat

• Geometric Pool & Deck: The clean, rectangular pool is surrounded by expansive white, oversized paving, providing a spacious, sunlit deck area for lounging and entertaining.
• Sleek Outdoor Dining: A designated area features a striking black pergola that adds essential shade and dramatic contrast. Lush bougainvillea vines are trained to provide natural color and a soft overhead canopy.
• Contemporary Lounging Zones: The pool is flanked by multiple seating areas, including a dedicated sunbathing zone with lounge chairs and a covered, comfortable outdoor living room with modern furniture.
