• Tiered Hardscape Terraces: To manage the property’s elevation, we utilized grey-toned stone retaining walls to create level terraces. This allows for a seamless transition from the upper lawn—featuring a custom wood-beam pergola swing—down to the primary entertainment zones.
• Custom Freeform Pool & Elevated Spa: The centerpiece is a sculptural, freeform pool designed with organic curves that soften the landscape’s footprint. It is paired with an elevated circular spa featuring a modern sheer descent waterfall, providing a soothing auditory experience and a striking visual focal point.

• Formal Horticultural Design: The landscaping uses a structured Traditional approach. Formal boxwood hedges, lush hydrangeas, and trailing greenery in raised stone planters create clean lines, while the massive woodland backdrop provides total privacy and a lush, established feel.
• Estate Entry & Connectivity: The front and side yards feature a clean asphalt driveway with stone curbing and a modern-minimalist stepping stone path, ensuring the high-end aesthetic begins the moment you arrive on the property.
