Login to our website and sign up for one of our design packages. Once you’ve selected your design package you will be redirected to your client portal where we will get to know you, your needs, your style and your home. Submit photos and answer a few questions. Once these steps are completed, a designer will get in touch with you to schedule a 1:1 call or video call and start your project.

The online landscape design process with us is super easy! Here’s how it works:
- Choose a design package.
- Complete the questionnaire on the client dashboard.
- Upload photos and a video of your property.
- Add some inspiration photos.
- Have a one-on-one call with a designer, either by phone or video. This step is optional. If you're short on time, we can start with the materials you've uploaded, and you can meet with your designer later.
- Within 10 to 14 days, you'll receive your initial design draft (note: this might take longer during busy periods).
- Send us lots of feedback.
- We'll revise your design based on your input.
- You'll receive your final design package.
- Now, it's time to bring your new yard to life!
You'll receive your initial design 10 to 14 days after your video call with a designer. Please note that delivery times may be extended during our busy season.
Yes, the number of revisions included depends on the package you choose. The Classic and Full packages come with one round of revisions, while the Luxe package offers unlimited revisions for an entire month.
Absolutely! Feel free to schedule a call, send a text, start a video chat, or email your designer. Your design team is dedicated to bringing your dream yard to life, so for any smaller requests, please reach out to your design assistants. They'll guide you through the entire design process.
After you purchase your design package, you'll be redirected to your client dashboard. Here, under the "About Me" tab, you'll find the "upload property photos" section. This is where you can upload photos or videos of your current space.
We can definitely incorporate any existing items into your design! In the client portal, there's a designated section where you can list and upload photos of the items you'd like us to include in your design.
BACQYARD landscape designs are an excellent way to communicate your vision for your space to your landscape contractor. Our design plans are conceptual, and any final decisions regarding construction or installation will be made on-site by your landscape contractor.
We do not provide construction drawings, professionally stamped documents for permitting, or grading plans. Our design plans are conceptual, and all final construction or installation decisions will be made on-site by your landscape contractor.
You're free to use your own contractor. Our contractor match service is completely optional—you can use our partnered contractors or choose not to; it's entirely up to you.
