The design utilizes a stunning contrast of clean white stucco, warm wood accents, and sharp black trim, establishing a high-end, resort-like atmosphere across multiple distinct entertainment and relaxation zones.

Key Features of the Luxury Oasis

• Integrated Pool & Spa: The sleek, custom-shaped pool features broad steps and seamless integration into the surrounding patios. An elevated, wood-clad hot tub/spa provides a separate, dedicated area for soaking and relaxation.
• Sunken Fire Lounge: A dramatically designed lounge area is recessed from the main patio, centered around a minimalist, circular fire pit. Built-in concrete seating and smooth paver floors create a cozy, intimate space for nighttime gatherings.
• Covered Outdoor Kitchen & Bar: Located beneath the home’s covered patio, a full outdoor kitchen features a premium grill station and an adjacent bar counter with seating—perfect for easy, al fresco dining and serving.
• Upper-Level Balcony: The home’s second story overlooks the yard with a covered balcony, providing shade and an elevated viewing platform for the entire pool and patio area.
