• Custom Pool & Spa: A sleek, rectangular pool and integrated, raised spa serve as the focal point, framed by light-colored paving and ample space for sun lounging.
• Covered Outdoor Lounge: A striking black-framed pergola shelters a dedicated living room, complete with a modern linear fireplace and mounted TV, providing a cozy atmosphere sheltered from the elements.
• Gourmet Outdoor Kitchen: Integrated into the pergola structure, a high-end outdoor kitchen and bar area with counter seating makes meal preparation and serving drinks effortless while entertaining guests.
